It’s going to be a hot, hot summer, 007!

Everyone’s at it this year & so as not to miss out, The Barbican in London is celebrating the 50th anniversary of the James Bond franchise, from 1962’s Dr No to this year’s Skyfall.

From 6 Jul – 5 Sep 2012 you can see up-close-and-personal those sexy blue swimmers sported by Daniel Craig and just to keep the equal opportunities folks happy, both that iconic white bikini belonging to Ursula Andress in Dr No and Halle Berry’s orange number from Die Another Day.

Designing 002 – Fifty Years of Bond Style will be a multi-sensory experience, (mmmmm yes please, I’m going weak at the knees already!) exploring the craft behind the screen icons, the secret service & villains, tailoring & costumes, set & production design, automobiles, gadgets & special effects, graphic design & motion graphics, exotic locations, stunts & props. You might just get some clues on how some of those stunts were achieved.

Join me in the queue for tickets from 1st March onwards – booking strongly recommended.
